Experiences and Relations This category includes teambuilding activities and corporate events focusing on mutual successful experiences. Additionally attention is brought to strengthen the relations amongst the participants with an outcome of a more social character. Experiences and Relations do not focus on actual training, learning and development. 2. Training and Development Here focus is on an actual team training program with a specific goal based on a specific issue. The aim is to move the team towards a concrete goal. We make up a program adjusted to your exact situation founded on the individual strengths within the team. We believe that the team's success depends on individual success.
