Code Particles is made up of a dynamic group of technologists working 100% remotely. Our core focus is to build effective distributed engineering teams with fresh and attractive college graduates. We believe that the future of software development is inclusive, open and anywhere. We train developers, not only in the niche technologies and tools with unwavering focus on micro-services and reactive user experiences, but also the soft skills necessary to solve both hard and simple problems. Our developer framework constitutes an intensive 8-month hands-on period, where all the junior developers work with our senior engineers on real world projects for the experience. During this time, we help map out a clear career path for each of our developers. We partner with other tech leaders to create opportunities for our ready network of developers. We help companies and hiring managers to acquire the right developers faster, and to create reliable distributed teams of engineers. Our technology stacks include JavaScript and TypeScript (Angular, React, Vue) for reactive front-end development and Python (Django, Flask), Elixir(Phoenix), Ruby(Ruby on Rails) and PHP(Yii2, Laravel) for backend development.
