A former college president and regional accreditation commissioner with a background in school turnarounds, I founded College Matters in 2005 to help other college administrators succeed. I work closely with school administrators at all levels to improve performance through the achievement of enrollment, student retention and financial goals, assessment of institutional effectiveness, and in various phases of accreditation and authorization projects. Through a combination of consulting and coaching interventions designed to identify systems and behaviors that are ineffective, client colleges are able to create and implement strategies to improve performance.
