First company of group, Omega LLC, we organized in 2005. This company works with solutions of complex technical problems using modern electronic technologies. The main advantages of the company's solutions are effective software implementation of the required functions and the application of the most suitable, proprietary hardware. For 13 years of the company's work, a large amount of proven technologies have been accumulated, the use of which allows to quickly achieve the predicted result, and provides additional competitive advantages. In 2016, Omega LLC, through its own R&D, developed a container with air-cooled GPUs and in 2017 introduced it into commercial operation (480 video cards in a 20-foot container). Aware of the trends and technological prospects of mining and blockchain as a whole, the company did not stop on air-cooled containers and deepened the process of finalizing its own solutions by applying immersion cooling. The choice fell on two-phase immersion cooling using 3M Novec fluid. The result was ComBox Technology, exclusive rights to which were transferred to ComBox Technology, which included the company's CEO, Alexander Pankratov. In view of the demand for immersion cooling and the availability of potentially successful technology, it was decided to scale the solution by attracting external investment. As the main method of attracting investments, the primary issue of coins (ICO, security token) was selected. ComBox Technology, a company registered in Panama for ICO and possessing the technological solution and the main assets for its scaling, included the following persons: Aleksandr Pankratov, CEO and Seed Investor Dmitry Elagin, SRT and Seed Investor Dmitry Rytvinsky, CFO Based on the financial plan and structuring of the company's assets, the production planed as separate business unit with the registration of new company in Russia, Everest LLC, whose goals and objectives are the production and maintenance of ComBox containers.
