Comissaria Ultramar has since been a major force in freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation and logistics, both domestically and internationally since 1956. We have have continuouasly investing in our international structure to better serve our growing global customer basis in all their global needs. We emphasize a personalized approach to the needs of each of our customers; a tailored cross-business relationship, and this has proved successful in helping our customers execute their business strategies and reach their goals. We are part of a Freight Forwarders Network called LINK, strategically located at the major centers of business worldwide. They share the same commitments to personal service, to communication and growth much the same way Ultramar does. They are fully qualified to handle any kind of cargo, air or ocean as well as inland intermodals across their countries. Our mandate was, and remains, to assist exporters in their goal of expansion throughout the international markets. We also coordinate special projects such as temporary admissions of heavy processing machines in foreign countries, inbound cargo transferred through the major gateways such as São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, etc. Projects in the oil field, garments and fashion as well. Our staff is trained in all aspects of export & import documentation and dangerous goods regulations.
