Community Lives Consortium

community lives consortium supports adults who have a learning disability to live successful lives in the communities of swansea and neath port talbot. we are a non-profit making industrial & providential society that works with about 240 people and employs a team of about 650 staff. we work together as a group of stakeholders, thus our management processes formally involve the people we serve, their families, our staff and the public. we have a turnover of about £12.5 million per annum.
