ComMutual is the charitable arm of Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH). LMH takes pride in being more than just a housing association. Over the years LMH has worked with tenants and the wider community on a number of projects which have helped many people looking to gain employment, supported families through financial advice, got more of our tenants online with computer training and more. ComMutual will bring all of these projects together so we can help make a positive difference to communities and improve lives across Merseyside. ComMutual will be partly funded by LMH Groups Housing Maintenance Solutions (HMS), which is donating a proportion of its profits through gift aid. This is a valuable resource supporting our aim to improve the quality of life and wellbeing for all of our customers, especially those who are younger, older and vulnerable.
