Competella, an Enghouse Interactive solution

We have Microsoft Teams in the DNA of our products In June 2022 Competella AB was acquired by Enghouse Systems Limited and Competella’s products is aligned with the Enghouse Interactive Group’s product offerings. Competella is a complete Cloudbased contact center platform created to enhance the offerings of Microsoft Teams. The Competella Communication Suite is Certified for Teams and includes solutions for contact centers and attendants and is fully integrated with Microsoft Teams. Our aim is to improve and optimize the communication between businesses (our clients) and their customers by developing a modular multi-media channeling solution – the Competella CS (Communication Suite). With our Communications Suite we help customers migrate from their legacy PBX in their own pace to Microsoft Teams and the Competella CS. The companies which use the Competella solutions carry on business within various industries in both the public and private sector – our more than 700 customers vary in size from around 100 employees to 100,000 employees globally.
