We support Iskratel Innbox residential broadband access products and OneAccess enterprise level VoIP, DSL & Fibre access products. In 2011 Connectplay partnered with Netmania-IT to provide the New Zealand market with an entry level, full service Auto Configuration Server. The ACS Enterprise platform is available in three different versions; Lab, Enterprise and Carrier and is designed within the specifications of the Broadband Forum TR-069 protocol. Working closely with NZ Internet Service Providers and Integrators, Connectplay develops and refines processes to improve the customer experience and "take the pain away" by reducing CPE deployment and Customer Support costs. All Customer Premise Equipment distributed in New Zealand is telepermitted and is sold with the latest global or customised firmware.
