Connex Community Support

Connex Community Support is a Derbyshire based charity dedicated to helping people in need. We support older people, families, children and young people to live safer and more fulfilled lives within their communities. We help all these groups, including people with disabilities and carers, to feel less isolated and to retain their independence. We understand what people need and how to provide it because caring is at the heart of what we do and we respect the dignity of the people we support. Through our volunteering opportunities and brokerage we also help people to get involved in their community and give back or build their experience and skills. Our services include: Volunteering brokerage Domiciliary care for older people Support for younger people with disabilities Home maintenance, clearance and gardening Transport for older, disabled and other vulnerable people Support for those affected by cancer Befriending services and activities to help older, isolated people Support after leaving hospital Wheelchair loans
