COOLDECK Industries Private Limited (CDIPL) has diverse in-house manufacturing capabilities such as film calendaring, sheet and profile extrusion, thermoforming, vacuum forming and injection moulding on plastic variants including PVC, PP, FRP, ABS, HDPE and Nylon. This background helps us in creating quality plastic products for a wide spectrum of industrial, commercial as well as consumer applications. COOLDECK now comprises of three varied groups: 1. Water Technology Group that designs and manufactures high efficiency plastic components for the cooling tower, water and wastewater treatment industry 2. Polymer Film and Sheet Group that manufactures PVC and PP sheets ranging from 0.15mm to 3mm for varied applications such as playing cards, advertising and visual communication, printing, stationery and industrial applications 3. Building Products Group that designs and manufactures polymer profiles for building facades, indoor construction and outdoor areas Our office is located in the global commercial hub of Mumbai, India, and we have an operating experience of about 30 years The CDIPL factory has a modern facility situated in an area of 50,000 square feet in the industrial area of Daman. The unit is well connected by road, rail, sea and air from Mumbai. Staffed with an on-site engineering team, management, quality control, supervisors and skilled workers, the factory has in-house machinery required for manufacturing & testing.
