Using innovative leading indicators of performance, our framework reduces the risk of organizational change and partnering. Our framework provides you with clear guidance on the most effective actions that will take you to the next level of performance. And, when applied to partners, our framework provides a map of the strongest actions that will optimize the partnership’s impact. The key deliverable is a Guidebook that we have developed together. This guidebook describes our current state, portrays your desired state, and lays out realistic plans to reach your desired state. We understand that change is stressful and too much stress negatively affects your work, so we deliver realistic, effective plans that will not overload you staff, organization, or partnership.
