corporate crisis group

Global Enterprise Business Controls, Brand Sustainability & Infrastructure Protection Services The Corporate Crisis Group *CCG) is a Crisis, Security and Reputation Management firm providing functionally integrated planning, training and response for operational, corporate and governmental crises. As such, CCG is an international supplier of Crisis, Issue, HSEQ, Public Affairs, Corporate Social Responsibility, High-Level Security management and operations services. We provide business and operational continuity to multinational clients focusing on mission-critical issues to manage enterprise systems enhancements or resolve unusual or problematic events or obstacles that disrupt normal business paradigms. In our experience, Corporate crisis management has two primary components: Crisis Operations (the back side mostly out of public view) and Crisis Communications (the front side which is completely in public view). Crisis Operations represents the physical organization and activities needed to directly respond to an asset in trouble, support an Emergency Response Team, or manage a crisis event unrelated to assets, production or manufacturing. Crisis Communications represents how the company communicates its position on crisis events and how those crisis events are managed with stakeholders and the public.
