CrossFit 2010 offers a flexible group & personal training as well as an open gym schedule. Corporate Fight Gym offers fitness training predominantly based on boxing techniques. With the slogan “Get fit without getting hit” the area has an ample supply of punching bags, floor to ceiling punching bags and other associated fitness equipment. There is a 4m square boxing ring for those who wish to take their boxing to the next level. The large floor area allows plenty of room for the busiest of classes. No one ever leaves without raising a decent sweat. Level 1 offers the latest state of the art equipment including treadmills, stationary cycles and rowing machines. As well as free weights, barbells, kettle bells, ropes and slam balls. To cap it all off both floors have brand new showers, toilets and locker rooms. These facilities are replicated on both floors with ladies on Level 1 and men on Level 2.
