Since Cotswold Oak’s formation in 2004, we have grown and established ourselves as one of the most recognizable and successful construction companies in the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. Cotswold Oak Ltd have won several prestigious awards for our standard of construction and finishing from recognized bodies, including the LABC Excellence Awards. An experienced, dedicated and hardworking development team oversee all aspects of every development we undertake. All trades and contractors are carefully managed by one of our friendly site managers, who are overseen by an experienced contracts manager. All sites are completed with the help of a diligent and conscientious finishing manager. Where possible, we integrate and regularly use European and American Oaks into our construction projects, with this being one of the major strengths of our brand. Considerable experience and skill have been gained in utilising oak for the practice of structural oak framing using traditional techniques with modern materials.
