CPOMS Systems

With a mission to enhance child protection and wellbeing within schools, CPOMS, a Raptor Technologies company, offers a suite of products that allows schools to efficiently manage and monitor safeguarding concerns. Our dedication to safeguarding aligns with the ever-evolving needs of educational institutions, making CPOMS a trusted partner to 19,000+ schools in ensuring the welfare of children. CPOMS StudentSafe helps schools uphold and enhance their student wellbeing initiatives. Completely customisable, the software also helps lessen the burden on staff managing administrative tasks, allowing schools to gain efficiency. With CPOMS StaffSafe you can upload, keep, record and govern all information regarding adults working within your setting. From managing and maintaining your Single Central Record (SCR) to creating a chronology regarding information about individuals, CPOMS StaffSafe is easy to use, easy to access and easy to manage. CPOMS Engage simplifies the sharing of sensitive pupil chronologies and eliminates the need to reformat files, send secure emails and make countless phone calls to track down information. Streamline your safeguarding processes when a child attends multiple schools, or is in social care, a virtual school, children missing education (CME), elective home education (EHE), or work-related learning. Safeguarding, child protection, pastoral and welfare information can be shared swiftly and securely across settings via an automated CPOMS Share Contract.
