CPSU Victoria is the union that represents Victorian Government Public Sector employees, including related agencies and government bodies. CPSU Victoria has over 14.000 members. What we do for you Bargaining: CPSU runs large enterprise bargaining campaigns. Members get their voice heard and views represented, participation in the development of new claims, receive negotiation updates and give final approval of outcome. Workload: CPSU helps members with measuring and resolving workload issues. Secure employment: CPSU closely examines the use of fixed term and casual work with a view to strengthen the capacity of employees to be offered full or part time ongoing secure work. WorkCover: Our WorkCover expert supports members who are injured at work. Misconduct: All employees are entitled to procedural fairness and natural justice. CPSU offers members representation at any stage of the process. Bullying: CPSU assists members who are victims of bullying and works closely with employers to ensure proper policies and procedures are in place to keep workers safe. Parental leave: We work towards ensuring workplaces offer gender neutral parental leave to ensure all expecting parents can access leave. Family violence: We advocate for 20 days paid family violence leave to help protect some of the most vulnerable members. OHS: Our OHS team assists members to resolve hazards and risks to occupational health, safety and welfare and provide support for HSR’s. Change: CPSU is integral to ensuring workplace change is managed fairly.
