(MPEG) recently reorganized its business activity operations; the sale of its low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) syndication platform was sold to National Equity Fund (NEF) in October of 2023. The MPEG name has therefore been retired, but the staff and management of the company will continue forward under the name of its development company, CR Builders, LLC (CRB). Under the CRB banner, the team is now dedicating 100% of its focus to the development of quality, affordable housing units.
