Createus Group (2016) Ltd

Createus Group is the formation of two well-known architectural design firms Bryan Musson Architectural Design and Andrew Whitney Architectural Design. The two teams have come together to provide a wider range of design services, project management and consultation services. We are based in Business HQ in Queen Street Hastings. We have our own dedicated offices but the complex also boasts a range of businesses that are involved in the building industry. Bryan and Andrew both hold Design 2 License that recognises they are competent to design buildings of Category 1 and Category 2. All license holders are required to work within their competence and skill level and seek advice when required. In addition all license holders are required to attend seminars and complete activities to keep up to date with the building code, building materials and design technologies which is all about staying on top of the game. Licenses are renewed annually and evidence of seminars and activities completed must be presented.
