CREST Investments developed out of a love for others, love of real estate, and a love for family and freedom. Walt and Rachelle met while underclassmen at TCU's Neeley School of Business. He was a member of the men's volleyball team and she was an overworked, single mom to a beautiful, little girl. Fast forward a decade, three kids, and many jobs later, they created CREST in order to help those facing hard financial times, make families' dreams of ownership come to life, and do it all while spending time with the ones they love the most - their family.
