In 1992, Crew Asia, Inc was created by former yacht Captain, Alan Mill-Irving, observing the potential in Filipinos as yachting Crew. Since the Company was set up it has been supplying crew exclusively to the mega yacht industry. Its first client still remains a client. The number of yachts has grown to more than 200 and the number of crew currently exceeds 600. Both client and crew numbers continue to grow. This is a boutique company that has found its niche.
