The CRIST company was established in 1990 by shipbuilding engineers Ireneusz Ćwirko and Krzysztof Kulczycki, its sole owners. Since the beginning, CRIST has been building and repairing sea-going ships and steel structures. Changes in the world economy and development trends in contemporary technique and technology of mining of natural resources, especially submarine ones, facilitated the company's participation in implementation of projects in the scope of specialistic coastal structures, sea transport, and vessels for mining of sea resources. Thanks to the possessed know-how, constant increase in qualifications of the personnel, application of modern production equipment, and new manufacture technologies, our company has gained recognition not only in the group of world shipowners but also companies leading in civil and harbour engineering.
