Our small HUB, W/DBE business of highly-experienced consulting professionals boasts national regulatory, permitting, and problem-solving experience for high-profile clients, specifically for projects that have significant regional benefits or impacts. Our headquarters are in Houston, Texas. Crouch Environmental Services specializes in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) document preparation, site and route selection studies, flood damage reduction studies, parks, recreation, and open space planning, listed species presence/absence surveys, biological assessments, habitat assessments, wetland delineation, environmental permitting, wetland mitigation design and construction, storm water plans, environmental testing, vegetation inventories and monitoring, communication services and public involvement activities.
