CTR Factor Non-Profit Alliance is a 501(c)(3) organization set up for the express purpose of supporting current and future US VETERANS through the 3 ENABLERS of EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT, and ENGAGEMENT. While our mission is to support Veterans integrate into the civilian culture, our Veterans strive to impact the lives of future student leaders through programs like Honor Courage and Commitment (HCC) which focus on helping high-risk students succeed in our community through the Veteran servant-leadership experience in which we embody in everything we do.
