Currents International is a search firm that understands the role search can play in enabling a company to meet their financial business goals. Search is much more than finding the right peg to put in the right hole so you can say a position has been filled. When search works well it is about understanding the competitive landscape, it is about understanding the industry, the culture, and the change we face or often times choose not to face. A good search firm finds you an individual contributor, manager, director or executive to fill a position. A great search firm works with you to understand how all of those people have to come together to make your business financially successful. We take pride in providing the search services our clients want and need and in building long term relationships with the professionals in the industry
