Curriculum Leadership Institute

The Curriculum Leadership Institute (CLI) was founded in response to the increase of demands on educators who lacked the processes to put them into place. Teachers are willing to use a district-wide, local curriculum but dont know how to create one. Theyre happy to use valid, reliable assessments, but dont know how to make sure theyre valid and reliable. And educational leaders want to make sure that all students, no matter which teacher they have, are held to the same expectations, but need help on making this a reality. The CLI Model provides a framework with step-by-step processes for the three necessary components of student learning: curriculum, instruction, and assessment. It has evolved over time through actual practice in districts of all sizes and therefore, is truly a what works model. CLI consultants have first-hand experience in long-term implementation of the model in school districts nationwide, as well as their personal experiences with the model throughout their teaching careers. Our consultants provide on-site assistance and work directly with educators to meet their schools specific needs.
