Curtin Heritage Living

Curtin Heritage Living was founded in 1979 by councillors of the Town of Cottesloe, to ensure there would always be quality aged care for residents in the Cottesloe, Mosman Park, Claremont and Peppermint Grove community. Since then, we’ve provided a much-needed range of age care services to local residents. We’re proud to provide the highest standard of aged care and retirement living in Perth’s western suburbs, and ensuring our older community live in the suburbs and neighbourhoods they know and love. At Curtin Heritage Living, our approach to aged care is person-centred. We treat our residents as individuals and with respect and care, offering support so that their health and wellbeing is prioritised. Our organisation is a viable and self-sustaining not-for-profit incorporated association. We’re also a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) with Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) status. Curtin Heritage Living is managed by a Board of Directors that oversees all aspects of care provision and has a membership of local residents who are keenly interested in providing quality aged care services to residents in the local area.
