Cyber Law Africa is an internet law and governance platform founded to meet the need of advocating for and contributing to the development and improvement of Cyber Law and its relationships with other disciplines of law such as Intellectual Property Law, Data Privacy Law, and Commercial Law and Human Rights Law within the cyber space. CLA establishment is premised on the strength of collaboration, quality innovative research, policy proposals, advocacy and scholarly debates that aims at advancing law to match the day to day innovations in business and other spheres of commercial transactions and general practice of law. CLA mission is to bring together academics, practitioners, and policy-makers from across the continent and beyond to debate, discuss and share information on internet law and governance and the emerging frontiers and influence of Information Technology to Legal Practice and Business as well as its impacts to Human Rights Government Administrations among others in todays modern world.
