Cycle is a software-company currently seeking intellectual property rights to a novel recycling system that offers a user friendly hardware software pairing, with the goal of reducing the amount of wasted recyclable material. The application interface would connect users to nearby Cycle branded smart recycling cans built by RVM systems, a company based out of Norway, through near field connection features on the application. Users would then follow the instructions on the smart can and the application to insure materials are properly recycled, the machine uses three-dimensional barcode recognition technology to identify the recycled bottle or can, after the barcode has been matched in our database with the payment value, via the same nearfield connection the can will validate the Cycle Users contribution with a small monetary kickback. The user will then have the payment value sent to their account in the app which would allow them to connect and send the balance to an external financial services application (Venmo, Robin Hood, Stash, Paypal, Bank of America, etc).
