Cycling Without Age Singapore

Cycling without Age Singapore is a registered charity with IPC status. Your donations will be entitled to tax relief. We are a charity with a vision to bring joy to lonely/isolated seniors and engage them in happy hours of community activities to reduce social isolation. Our Theory of Change - Nostalgia & Reminisce Nostalgia elevates positive self-regard, increases the implicit accessibility of positive self-attributes, and attenuates self-esteem defense. Nostalgia is a social emotion; it has been said that, during nostalgic reverie, “the mind is ‘peopled”. Nostalgia strengthens social bonds and magnifies perceptions of social support, thus counteracting the effect of loneliness.
