GENESIS Xero Waste Recycling & Landfill Facility Our Eastern Creek Facility is the largest of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere. A former hard rock quarry, the site is now a state-of-the-art construction, demolition and commercial waste recycling and recovery hub. Licensed to accept 2 million tonnes pa of construction and demolition waste, we help to capture and recycle a significant portion of recoverable waste types from across the greater Sydney region. For those wastes we cant reuse, we responsibly dispose of in our non-putrescible waste landfill. Dial A Product Recovered construction and demolition materials received by us are source-separated, processed and recycled onsite to become quality standard landscaping and building products. Our road base, bedding sands, aggregates and wood chips are perfectly suited for use in all construction, commercial, council and landscaping projects. The Next Generation We recently proposed the development of NSWs first Energy-from-Waste Facility at our Eastern Creek site. The proposed technology has the potential to generate enough energy to power the equivalent of around 200,000 homes and businesses whilst helping to address Sydney's waste disposal issues.
