We are a company with a difference who are burning with a passion to improve the lives of the poor in India. We are committed to the highest standards of ethical and environmental responsibility in every area of Dalit Goods and combine western design with eastern skill to achieve this. We produce hand-crafted candles, handmade soaps and Indian spice sets with each sale supporting our work with the Dalit people of India. Our clay pot beeswax candles are individually handcrafted in the Dharavi slum in Mumbai by skilled potters and provide valuable work for the potter communities that live there. This kind of work is traditionally reserved for the Dalit people. Our candles have many variations in styles and sizes and are filled with lavender perfumed blended beeswax. They make a beautiful decoration for the home or garden. We are the trading arm of Life Association, a registered charity who for 20 years have been building and managing schools and children's homes in India.
