As Queenslands environmental regulator, the Environmental Services and Regulation (ESR) team within EHP is dedicated to safeguarding Queenslands land, air and water from environmental harm. We are available 24/7 to respond to problems whenever they happen. Our team in the office is assessing environmental impacts, fielding calls from people about everything from how to apply for a licence, to providing vital information about whats happening in their part of the state. Our field officers are checking compliance, and could be out responding to pollution events, measuring levels and taking samples. And our on-call team is out responding with emergency services to take fast action and mitigate impacts to the surrounding environment.
