Dhipaya Group Holdings (TIPH)

Dhipaya Group Holdings Public Company Limited, or "TIPH," was registered as a public limited company on July 31, 2020. The primary purpose of its establishment is to hold shares in other companies as a Holding Company. The core business of TIPH includes insurance-related activities, specifically property insurance, life insurance in Thailand, international insurance, and businesses associated with insurance activities for non-insurance business groups. TIPH will consider the possibility of investing in businesses that promote the insurance industry and businesses with high returns after completing shareholding and management structure adjustments. The company will invest in subsidiaries engaged in the core business, such as Dhipaya Insurance Public Company Limited (TIP), a prominent insurance company in Thailand that operates in the property insurance business.
