Dhruva College of Management was established in 1995. It offers a two-year full-time PGDM with specializations in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and Production. Vision: To be at the forefront of development, dissemination and practice of entrepreneurial and ethical management thought synergizing intellectual capital and state-of-the-art technology. Mission: To co-create leader-managers through an ambiance fostering learner-centric teaching, cutting-edge research and industry-focused training and consulting in line with the needs of the times. Description: With state-of-the-art infrastructure, Dhruva is located amidst the picturesque 800-acre reserve oxygen forest in the suburbs of Hyderabad, presenting an idyllic setting for wholesome living and learning. Dhruva students participate in various activities that help them earn expansiveness and inclusivity. They form different clubs, interact with business leaders and organize events such as our flagship annual student event, Muqabla, blood donation camps, tree plantations, voter education, and adult literacy under the aegis of Rotary Club, Lions Club, Greater Hyderabad Adventure Club and Society for Accident Free Environment. They regularly connect, collaborate and compete with students from other B-schools across the country. Dhruva's PGDM Program aims at developing leader-managers grounded in Indian Ethos. It offers an interactive learning experience. Case method, simulation and experiential learning supplemented by concept building lectures, programmed reading, story-telling, meet the mentor-manager, fellowship, and industry visits are part of pedagogy that the faculty adopt. Also, the faculty bring in a wealth of knowledge and experience from global academia and industry. Adjunct and visiting faculty from around the world further enrich the teaching-learning process.
