Our aim to be the recognised venue for transacting and settlement in funds by offering enhanced functionality and features that will connect managers seeking distribution and investors seeking product. By networking funds and their transfer agency functions using private and permissioned distributed ledger technology, we can offer near real time and standardised settlement for manager subscriptions and redemptions along with a new secondary marketplace that can match liquidity outside of the manager window. Settling all investment fund transactions achieved with an ecosystem Money Market Fund (MMF) that can double as a treasury type function maximising the return on cash liquidity whilst not fully allocated.  Using distributed ledger technology to hold a real time record of ownership, the ecosystem can bring together multiple platforms, institutional investors and pension funds who, by investing in digitally administered funds, can benefit from shared data, real time reconciliations reduced cost overheads and more flexible and timely portfolio allocations. Digital ledger of ownership will make fund/investor interactions seamless with real time updates, analytics and distributions available to eligible investors through digital dashboards.
