Digital Healthcare Council

Our mission is to enable every person to access safe, digital primary and secondary care. As the first sector-focused council in digital healthcare, our members represent different digital healthcare pioneers, large and small, across England. The council is a vehicle to promote a greater understanding of technologys contribution to the healthcare industry by championing the role of digital innovations. We aim to collaborate with Englands most senior health decision makers using input from our members - the people leading the digital health tech sector nationally. We will work to make sure the provider voice is heard as well as tackle current challenges including access to data, by working with key organisations to make sure the future of healthcare is safe, innovative and clinically excellent. The council met for the first time in September 2017. Over 40 organisations attended. Since then 21 have become founding members.
