Founded in 2015, Djagora University aims at supporting the global economic health through education. Djagora is an African name for shepherd, because, we believe that every individual is a shepherd of their own life. We believe that individuals are, and should be educated to create values for themselves, their family, their community, the environment they live in, and their country. Djagora University (DjU) is an independent higher education institution, accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education of Senegal. Because of the unique advancements of our global university: our coursework is in collaboration with multiple universities worldwide that hold the esteemed accreditations including accreditation through the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Depending on the program, dual-enrollment coursework can be taken with universities worldwide including: SKEMA Business School, France University of Lille 2, Lille, France University Hassan 1 st , Settat, Morocco Mission Djagora University mission is to empower its students by creating an environment that allows and guides them to develop their passions, critical thinking, compassion, and orientation towards wisdom for value creation, thus create world-class workforce based on humanity and industry standards.
