Business Line Water Water has become a scarce resource. Rapidly growing cities and urban areas are also increasingly encountering problems in terms of water supply and wastewater treatment. In arid regions, in particular, an emergency water supply system is crucial. Our Business Line Water team specializes in the management of groundwater resources, urban water supply and wastewater disposal. We always find innovative solutions for the exploration, development and protection of water systems. In Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, for example, we developed an underground strategic drinking water reservoir capable of supplying the city with water for at least three months. Business Line Mobility Toll Collect is undoubtedly our most prominent project in this sector. But its not just toll systems we specialize in. For us, self-driving cars, e-mobility and digitalization are more than just buzzwords. Our Business Line Mobility develops transport & mobility strategies, designs intelligent transport systems and traffic management concepts, compiles traffic analyses and impact studies and, with its professional project management, offers the support needed in implementing the projects. An especially interesting sector which many people use day in, day out is the railway system. We develop railway master plans and network development strategies for our clients, as well as providing project management and implementation support in the construction of railway infrastructure and consultancy relating to the launch of operations. Business Line Real Estate We are strong in the real estate sector and see ourselves as a reliable and consistent project controller side by side with our clients. Back in 1995, we were one of the first on the market to provide design support in construction projects, and continue to do so today, accompanying the undertaking at project management level through the entire process. From the outset, we act as the owners right hand, a competent partner at all times. Besides numerous industrial buildings, we take pride in having led the construction of both one of Germanys largest motor museums and the Dornier Aviation and Aerospace Museum in Friedrichshafen. Business Line Aviation Our experts in the Business Line Aviation develop concepts and strategies specifically tailored to the needs of our clients for sustainable airport operations. They possess a broad knowledge base in airport planning, design and management. We also prepare air traffic forecasts, master plans and capacity assessments for all areas of airport operations and, through excellent project management, assist you in developing your project. Clients we provide consultancy for in this sector include airports, airlines, authorities and investors. At present, for example, we are supporting Hamburg airport in refurbishing its main apron and parts of the terminal, performing project control services to ensure that all work is completed on time and within the scheduled budget.
