Dorper Wind Farm is an Independent power producer located between the Molteno and Sterkstroom communities in the Eastern Cape, generating 100MW of clean, renewable energy that is fed into Eskom's grid. Our team is passionate about the opportunities that renewable energy unlocks South Africans. With reliable energy generation being at the centre of sustained economic growth, we see our role as intrinsic catalysts of the socio-economic resurgence of South Africa. As part of operating a renewable energy facility, we are committed to ensuring the development of communities in which we operate. This is achieved through socio-economic development and enterprise development undertaken in communities within a 50 km radius of the wind farm through the Molteno and Sterkstroom Community Development Trust.
