All our floating and trunnion mounted ball valves are covered by fire testing certification to both British and American standards, all testing being witnessed and approved by an independent inspection agency. All ball valves can be provided with ISO 5211 mounting pads for easy adaptation to most makes of actuator or to suit customer specification. In concert with customers’ continual efforts to both reduce the cost of ownership and comply with local environmental requirements, we manufacture a range of low emission valves offering minimum leakage and maximum service life in the stem sealing and bonnet joint areas. Testing and evaluation criteria is based on EPA method 21, and emission rates lower than 500 ppm during operation are standard for this range of gate, globe and check valves.
