One on One Coaching Nicolette specialises in working with professional women, academics, researchers, business owners, medical professionals and students one-on-one. She uses Extended DISC behavioural profiling to help clients develop self awareness around their behavioural preferences, motivators, professional skills, strengths and communication style. At the end of the process clients know how to interact with anyone to build rapport, become a more effective team player, and powerfully engage with decision makers to further their career.
