The portfolio currently consists of office, industrial and mixed-use properties with a total rental area of around 1.2 million m² and an investment volume of EUR 3.5 billion. On December 10th, 2019, certain affiliates of real estate funds managed by The Blackstone Group Inc. acquired all of Dream Globals subsidiaries and assets in an all-cash transaction valued at EUR 4.3 billion.
