DRS Architects & Planners (Sole-proprietorship) was formed in 1986 by Donald R. Small as a multi-disciplined firm with the intent of producing successful projects for our clients by providing the highest level of professional services. Since its inception we have utilized the success of our clients and their projects as a measure of our own accomplishments. The realization of this goal has been achieved by a synthesis of our wealth of experience with a careful analysis of the clients needs and a vigilant attention to detail by all members of the project team. It is this commitment to our clients needs, regardless of project size or type that makes us distinctive and has resulted in numerous long-term clients. Our designs provide that special environment that is necessary for the successful marketing of products and services. On October 1, 2017, Donald R.
