Dubai Sports Council

تأسس مجلس دبي الرياضي بتاريخ 30 نوفمبر 2005، بموجب قرار صادر عن صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي، برئاسة سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم ولي عهد دبي رئيس المجلس التنفيذي لحكومة دبي. وهو مجلس يهدف إلى تنمية وتطوير الحركة الرياضية في إمارة دبي وتكوين بيئة رياضية شاملة تستجيب لمتطلبات المجتمع وتتيح الفرصة أمام جيل الشباب لصقل مواهبهم الرياضية والثقافية وتوجيهها نحو تحقيق نتائج ملموسة على صعيد يجعل من دبي "العلامة الرائدة"​ في عالم الرياضة. ولتنظيم وضبط الأحداث الرياضية يجب على جميع الهيئات والمنظمات والأفراد الحصول على كتاب "عدم ممانعة"​ لإقامة أي فعالية رياضية في الإمارة. Dubai Sports Council was founded on November 30, 2005 as per a decree issued by UAE Vice- President, Prime Minister, Dubai Ruler H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum; Chaired by the Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council for Dubai Government H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The council aims developing and improving sports in Dubai to create a comprehensive sports environment that meets the requirements of society and paves the way for the youth to cultivate their sporting and cultural talents and aptitudes in a way that leads them to achieve tangible results so that Dubai can become a leading name in the world of sports.
