Several of our Site Managers/Foremen (the core of our building team) have been with the company for more than thirty-five years; some started their career with Dunwoody & Dobson. Health and Safety are top priorities and significant resources in supervision and training are deployed to maintain a safe environment for all workers on our sites. We successfully an A rated SafeT cert and continue to treat the Health and Safety of our work place and surrounds at the forefront of any project planning. The full range of construction services associated with a major construction company are provided, including management contracting, design & build, alliance/partnering and turn-key contracts in addition to traditional building arrangements by whatever procurement methods clients may require. Dunwoody and Dobson Ltd have built up an impressive portfolio of repeat clients across the full spectrum of Irish business through our reputation for performance, quality and value for money. Contracts may vary in type and size but our primary activity is undertaking medium to large size complex projects in the following areas industrial, educational, institutional, medical, commercial, heritage and both new build and refurbishment.
