We cover all Pneumatic, Hydraulic & Electrohydraulic Actuator Solutions to operate any kind of Quarter Turn and Linear industrial Valves. Through its global presence, with experienced sales across 5 Offices worldwide and qualified technicians, DVG presents itself as dynamic Italian industrial reality, providing superior quality of products and services. Our operation is realized on 8.500 square meters covered area, with an annual volume of 15,000 units and it involves the design, manufacturing and marketing of a wide range of industrial valve control systems. All the major activities are performed in our facility, with direct control of every production’s steps, with obvious impacts to the lead time: current OTD (on time delivery), related to custom made products, can be estimated at 94.5%. DVG designs all the actuators range based on the Scotch Yoke Mechanism, introducing two innovative and patented designs, in order to achieve an excellent level of efficiency and performance: Torque Output guaranteed up to 7,080,600 lb-in (800,000Nm). Our cost effective solutions are characterized by unique design and features that allow us to stand out from the crowd, reaching an exceptional and recognized High Quality Standard Level. The product range covers the following solutions: • Hydraulic – up to 5,076 psig (350 barg) • Pneumatic – up to 174 psig (12 barg) • Gas Over Oil – up to 1,595 psig (110 barg) • Direct Gas – up to 1,595 psig (110 barg) • Electro Hydraulic – up to 5,076 psig (350 barg) Single/Double acting for ON/OFF, Modulating Service and Quick Acting Application (HIPPS).
