In 2012, we rebranded as Palmer Capital Asia to form a partnership with Palmer Capital Partners to acquire Invista Plc in a public to private takeover, however following a management buyout in 2016 we rebranded once more to E3 Capital Partners, reflecting the third phase of our evolution.
