EarthEmpower

Women and other marginalized people around the world have the ideas, energy, and ambition to solve the world's biggest problems - but we often do not have the voice, resources, or power to do so. EarthEmpower is changing that. We add value to the hard work of marginalized people and connect to high value markets. We see a world where all people can be leaders, revolutionaries, and happy humans on a healthy planet. Our current work: Traditional farming systems in Guatemala (milpa) produce a near perfect nutritional balance of super food proteins, herbs, and grains. Working together with indigenous women farmers in Guatemala we've channeled the energy of the milpa to produce a savory granola bar with 99% Guatemalan ingredients. Every time you eat an (em)power bar you are powering yourself with natural nutrition and empowering women in Guatemala to make a better life.
