EatHappy stands for daily fresh, hand-rolled sushi and original Asian snacks – prepared by our sushi chefs on-site, directly from our shops into your shopping carts. Simple, a lot of variety, and always fresh! EatHappy is a young company that focuses on sushi and Asian snacks and operates as shop-in-shop concepts in food retail. By now, we run more than 650 shops in supermarkets of our retail partners. To our customers, we offer Asian convenience products which are freshly prepared on-site by our sushi chefs. This new ultra-freshness concept has already been established at numerous locations and is still on the fast lane to expand further. Our product range includes many different, freshly prepared sushi products in different box sizes. Additional fresh products such as ready-to-eat Asian salads, Japanese skewers, gyoza dumplings, or mochis complete our product range to fully meet our customer demands and is constantly extended by innovative products. Every day, our products are freshly prepared by our sushi chefs in the shops and placed into boxes. These are then put in the refrigerated display cases and can be bought in self-service by our customers. On demand, our sushi-chefs can prepare sushi boxes according to customer wishes and individually create boxes or desired sushi rolls with the available ingredients on-site.
